Activating your account
When you are invited to myBruusgaard, you will receive an email with a link to set up your account. Follow these steps:
Click the link in the invitation email.
Enter the email address where you received the invitation.
Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Fill in your name, position, and choose a password (minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter and one number).
Once completed, you can sign in at my.bruusgaard.no. To learn how to update your details later, see Managing your account.
Signing in
Go to my.bruusgaard.no and enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" to receive a one-time code by email.
Note: The "Forgot password" function only works for accounts that have been fully activated. If you have not yet completed the steps above, please use the link in your invitation email instead.

Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, ask your IT department to whitelist [email protected] and contact your administrator to resend the invitation.
The invitation link is not working

Invitation links can expire. Contact your Vessel Administrator or Company Administrator to send you a new invitation. Make sure to use the link from the most recent email.
"Forgot password" is not working

This usually means your account has not been fully activated yet. Please use the link in your invitation email to complete the setup process first.

My old login details are not working
If you previously used an older version of the portal, you will need to activate a new account. Check your inbox for a new invitation or contact your administrator to request a new invitation.
